We’re almost to summer and in our home we’re counting down. So with Memorial Day and the summer coming here are a few fun ways to do an out-of-the-box summer set up. And of course we are using succulents! I love them all year long but especially in the summer. So these pieces are great throughout the whole season. And for fun we have some creative summer combos here for you using our patriotic décor and succulents.

• Our first project is using a hallow wooden shape and we have a ton at Rod Works. We have words and even for the summer these stars. A fun way to decorate these is to fill them with some of our succulent picks.
• Our second project is taking some of these fun small wooden signs and using some of our $1 ribbon make it into a banner.
• Our last project is to take one of our wreaths like this star studded one and add some of the succulent picks. You can add the succulents in any wreath.
